Un-used, un-opened parts in saleable condition, in original packaging and with any print materials, may be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. Credit will not be issued for used or damaged goods.

• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) is required to return a part. Email us at Contact Us, or by phone at 1-844-222-7277 (Master Chef) / 1-844-333-5432 (Centro).
• Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), with the Order Number and/or original invoice, refunds will be processed for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment.
• Refunds are generally processed in 2-3 business days from the time we receive them.
• Refunds should appear on credit card statements in 2-5 business days.
• We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment of your order.
• Return parcels must have the RMA # clearly marked to receive a credit.
• We reserve the right to verify return products before issuing a return credit.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Promotional discounts have no cash value and are not refundable.
• We require the ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER to process a refund.

Damaged parts must be claimed within 14 days of receipt to receive a refund or exchange

• If a part arrives damaged, email us at Contact Us, or by phone at 1-844-222-7277 (Master Chef) / 1-844-333-5432 (Centro) to address the issue.
• Agents reserve the right to request images of the damaged part before placing another order.
• We require the order number or original invoice to process any order changes.
• Shipping charges will be covered for reorders of dead on arrival (DOA) parts.
• If a part return is required, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, will be provided. Return parcels must have this number clearly marked.

All parts are guaranteed to be free fro manufacturing defect for a period of 90-days from the date of shipment.

• To make a warranty claim, contact Master Chef / Centro BBQ Customer Support at Contact Us, or by phone at 1-844-222-7277 (Master Chef) / 1-844-333-5432 (Centro) to address part issues.
• If an agent finds the part occurrence In-Warranty based on our statement of warranty, limitations to the warranty, as outlined below, a replacement will be provided at no cost to the customer.
• Agents may request parts be shipped back for testing or inspection before a replacement is provided.
• If a part return is required, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, will be provided. Return parcels must have this number clearly marked.

Limitations & Exclusions to Warranty

This warranty applies only when barbecue is used in Canada.

Warranty is in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, and all other obligations or liabilities related to the sale or use of its grill parts.

WPEC shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, special or contingent damages resulting from its breach of this written warranty or any implied warranty.

WPEC will repair or replace parts, at its option, proven defective under normal use and service and which on examination during the applicable warranty period (See exclusions to warranty coverage below).

1. Accidental damage, abuse, tampering or misuse, misapplication, vandalism, careless handling.
2. Damages caused by improper assembly or installation, alteration, failure to follow proper usage, safety and maintenance, including, improper clearance to combustible materials.
3. Failure to perform regular maintenance, safety checks and service, including but not limited to removal of insects from burner venturi tubes, resulting in a flash fire, damage caused by grease fires, flare-up fires or fires resulting from improper connection of hose to gas source.
4. Part failure due to lack of cleaning and maintenance.
5. Normal wear and tear, chipping and scratching on painted or porcelain enamel surfaces, dents, discoloration caused by environment or heat, surface corrosion, rust or rust perforation, chemical exposure in the atmosphere and other damages which result with normal use and are otherwise uncontrollable by the manufacturer.

There are no other express warranties except as set forth herein and any applicable implied warranties of merchantability and fitness are limited in duration to the period of coverage of this express written limited warranty.

The following terms and conditions govern the sale of products by WPEC. By submitting your order to us, you are indicating acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice at the sole discretion of WPEC.

The products and pricing listed on our website are not to be considered offers to sell, but rather advertisements to receive offers of purchase. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by WPEC. All prices are subject to change so your order may not be accepted or you may be advised of issues of pricing or availability in regards to your order.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Receipt of order confirmation sent to you does not signify our acceptance of the order nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. WPEC reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at anytime after receiving your order. Only based on shipping confirmation will our acceptance of your order be confirmed. All orders must be pre-approved with an acceptable method of payment before shipment occurs. We may need additional information for verification purposes before we accept any order.

Prices:

All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars and do not include the applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. The prices do not include shipping and handling nor any other services such as insurance. Price charged for orders will be the price at the time of the order.

Typographical Errors:

WPEC reserves the right in the event of any item listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error on information received from our suppliers to decline and/or cancel any orders for the incorrectly listed item. We may cancel at our discretion orders which may or may not have been confirmed including orders which may have been paid for or charged to your credit card. In the event a charge has been made to your credit card, WPEC will immediately issue a credit to your card to offset the purchase.

Shipping & Handling and Taxes:

You, the buyer, are responsible for all applicable charges including but not limited to; shipping, handling, delivery, taxes and applicable tariffs associated with the purchase.

Risks associated with shipping:

When WPEC ships the product, our liability for damage or breakage on the shipment will be limited to the coverage provided by the carrier’s terms and conditions. WPEC does not give any delivery guarantee such as specified time or date. All shipping dates are estimated from information provided by the carrier and internal processing time.

Payment Terms:

Payment may be made by credit card. Orders will only be processed based on confirmation of payment.

Limitation of Liability:

The maximum liability to you on products purchased from WPEC shall be limited to the purchase price of the products you paid. WPEC will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages. This applies in all cases however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or other reasons. Some of these limitations may not apply in some jurisdictions and those damages limitations not allowed under by exclusion or restriction under law may not apply to you.

Title:

Title to products purchased from WPEC passes to you when the product is shipped. Title to copyrighted material remains with the licensor of the material or the copyright holder.

Interpretation:

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted under and governed by the federal laws of Canada, without giving effect to conflict of laws rules. The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for reference purposes only and are not intended to be part of or affecting the meaning of these Terms and Conditions.

No Modification:

Any additional or altered terms attached or appended to an order shall be null and void, without effect unless agreed to in writing by WPEC. These Terms and Conditions may not be modified, altered or amended without the written agreement of WPEC.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid or un-enforceable, in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder shall not be affected nor impaired. The Terms and Conditions stated herein are declared to be Severable.

Assignment:

This agreement with WPEC cannot be assigned without WPEC’s written authorization. WPEC is the intended beneficiary of this agreement. If there is any inconsistency between this agreement and other information or agreements included or relating to products purchased from WPEC, this agreement will take precedence.

Linking and Framing of this website:

Links to this website without the expressed permission of WPEC are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel or revoke any permission given to link to our site at any time for any reason, without any notice without liability to you or any other person. Framing of this website or any of its content in any form or by any method is strictly prohibited.
